Shipping Information

At Swapaholics Collectibles, we aim to dispatch all customer orders by the next working day. We understand the excitement of receiving your new goodies quickly, and we are committed to ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

Mainland UK Shipping

All orders to mainland UK are shipped using a next-day tracked courier service. Enjoy the convenience of knowing exactly when your order will arrive.

Remote UK Locations

For orders to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and other remote UK locations, please allow for increased transit times. We work diligently to minimise delays and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to most mainland UK addresses on orders over £100. For orders over £100 to remote parts of the UK, we provide reduced shipping rates, making it even easier to enjoy your favorite collectibles.

International Delivery

Please note that at this time, we do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK. We appreciate your understanding as we focus on serving our UK customers with the best possible shipping experience.

Refund Policy

Missing Order

While most orders arrive on time, there are rare occasions when packages can be delayed or lost within the logistics network. In accordance with our partnered courier policies, we cannot file a claim for a missing parcel until 10 working days after the dispatch date. We kindly request your patience, and if you still have not received your package after 10 working days, please email details of your claim to contact@swapaholics.co.uk. We accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred due to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders, and we work closely with our courier partners to resolve any issues promptly.

Unwanted Return

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you can receive a full refund as long as the item remains sealed in its original retail packaging and the return request is made within 28 days of receiving your item. Please email contact@swapaholics.co.uk, and we will issue you instructions on how to complete your return. Please note that we cover all return costs regardless of the reason, ensuring a straightforward and customer-friendly returns process.

Order Arrived Not As Described

If your order arrives not as described, with the wrong item, damaged, or with missing parts, we apologise for any inconvenience. Please email contact@swapaholics.co.uk, and a team member will contact you to discuss your preferred resolution.

In most cases, we will provide a return label for the affected product and dispatch a replacement within one working day. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be provided. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and make the returns process as smooth as possible.
